I Wasn't Born a Business Consultant.

The field found me, through the back door.

My degree was in engineering, where I specialized in mechanical design, HVAC and automotive.

Learning and practicing engineering broadened my vision to:

See the whole picture, from start to finish.

What systems are involved? Which people are involved? Is there existing software that can speed up the process? My brain is wired to spot the workaround nobody else notices.

Pick out inefficiencies in the system.

Is time being wasted due to a problem in workflow, communication, or software optimization? Are errors being made unnecessarily?

Develop the most effective solution.

I use AI every day to move fast, but the exceptions that make or break a real workflow still take sitting with your business to catch. An in-house hire costs more than the salary line suggests and still has to learn your business from zero. I already know where to look, and I bring AI along to get there faster.

"You do not need to tell me what you need. Tell me the problem you have, or what your day looks like, and I will have ideas for you that we can actually make happen, and I will offer you the simplest option to do it."

That's the differentiator: understanding your business deeply enough to see the fix before you've finished explaining it.

What followed is that I began to notice how my co-workers, clients, and acquaintances were dealing with unnecessary aggravation due to inefficiency.

So I gave them a piece of my mind. And heart. In the form of practical, hands-on advice.

The feedback rushed in from grateful business owners, over and over again.

What started out as a side job became my new passion, and full-time career.
